Gas went from 124 to 154 yen per liter (litre) over night just in time for Golden Week. Imagine gas in the US going up 90 cents per gallon in one day.Needless to say people are pissed. I have lines of the cars from last night from three different gas stations. They were lined up in three row of 14 cars each at one station in Oji at 9pm at night. The lines started from at least the afternoon when I first saw them on into the night to grab gas before the price hike. I can tell you that on the morning (today) of the price increase not one car will be stopping for gas at any of these stations. Sure they made A LOT of money last night but they won’t be getting any more for several days.Ill have the videos up in about 8 hours as thats is when I can go home. – rys
